What Menace Is (in one sentence)

Menace lets you turn real photos into AI prank images or short AI prank videos using either templates or your own prompts.

Make your own custom prank (recommended for originality + higher virality)

Recommendation: Use templates when you're stuck, but build most posts from Create so your content doesn't look like everyone else's.

How to Use the Create Tab

1

Open Create

2

Choose: Image or Video

3

Upload your starting photo

4

Write a prompt describing what should change

5

Generate → review → tweak prompt if needed → regenerate

Best Starting Photos (this matters a lot)

✅ Pick photos that are:

  • Clear + well-lit
  • High resolution
  • One main subject (less confusion)
  • Simple background (better results)

❌ Avoid:

  • Blurry shots
  • Crowded scenes
  • Tiny subjects
  • Extreme angles
  • Heavy filters

Prompt Tips (how to get better results fast)

Keep prompts simple

Good prompts describe:

WHO (the subject)
WHAT (the action)
HOW (small detail)
KEEP (what must stay the same)

Helpful add-ons (use when needed)

  • "Keep the person's face the same"
  • "Keep the same background"
  • "Make it realistic"
  • "Make it seamless / natural"
  • "No text, no extra people"

If it doesn't hit on the first try

That's normal. Change one thing at a time:

  • simplify the action
  • specify which person/animal
  • add "keep background the same"
  • remove extra details

Good Prompt Examples

Simple action

"Make the lady in this image do a backflip. Keep her face the same."

Use what's already in the photo

"Have the guy get on the bike next to him and ride away. Keep the background unchanged."

Funny exaggeration

"Have the dog open its mouth and an extremely long tongue comes out. Make it look realistic."

More ideas you can reuse

  • "Make the person suddenly slip on a banana peel."
  • "Make the drink spill everywhere in a realistic way."
  • "Make the sign behind them change to something funny (no readable text)."
  • "Make the person's hair blow straight up like a cartoon, but realistic."
  • "Make the couch behind them slide away and they almost fall."

How to Show Menace in Your Videos (important)

Goal: Show just enough of the app for proof, but keep the video about the prank.

The correct format (fast + clean)

  • 1.Show you taking the initial photo
  • 2.Show typing the prompt (speed this part up)
  • 3.Show final result in Menace
  • 4.Immediately cut back to reaction / reveal / punchline

✅ Menace screen time should be under ~5 seconds total.

(Quick flashes feel authentic and keep retention high.)
