Apple processes all payments. We do not access payment card information. We receive purchase confirmations only.

• Generate AI images and videos
• Operate and improve the App

Uploaded photos are transmitted to:

• Nano Banana
• Kling 2.5 Turbo
• Additional AI processors as needed

These providers may temporarily store data to complete processing. They are contractually required to:

• Use data only for generation
• Delete data after processing
• Maintain security protections

5. Biometric Information

Menace AI does not:

• Collect biometric identifiers
• Scan or store faceprints
• Perform identity verification
• Track or match faces
• Train AI models using user photos

This policy ensures compliance with BIPA and other privacy laws.

6. Data Retention

• Uploaded photos: deleted within 48 hours
• Generated media: stored locally on your device
• Analytics logs: up to 24 months
• Purchase records: per legal requirements
